Chat Logs: Conversations between end-users and your embedded chatbot may be processed to generate AI responses. These are not stored permanently on our servers.

Your business configuration data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), operated by Google LLC. Firebase provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. We use Google Authentication (OAuth 2.0) to ensure only you can access your account. We do not store your Google password or payment information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:
• Service Providers: Google Firebase (storage), OpenRouter (AI processing) — bound by their own privacy policies

We use browser localStorage to temporarily store your bot configuration progress so you don't lose it if you refresh the page. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Google may use cookies for authentication purposes governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
