XOQ1 provides an AI chatbot platform that allows businesses to create, configure, and embed AI-powered chat assistants on their websites. The Service includes:
• A web dashboard for bot configuration
• An AI-powered setup assistant
• An embeddable JavaScript widget
• An AI chat API for end-user interactions

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@xoq1.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree NOT to use XOQ1 to:
• Provide false or misleading information to customers
• Engage in illegal activities or facilitate illegal transactions
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence against XOQ1

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the business information you provide to configure your chatbot. XOQ1 is not liable for any incorrect information presented to end-users through your bot. Ensure all phone numbers, addresses, service details, and claims are accurate and up to date.

Responses generated by the AI chatbot are automated and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You acknowledge that:
• AI responses are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
• You should supervise and review the bot's typical responses
• XOQ1 is not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses
• You should always provide accurate information for critical queries (medical advice, pricing, etc.)

XOQ1 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by XOQ1 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The business information you provide remains your property. By using the Service, you grant XOQ1 a limited, non-exclusive license to use your business information solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XOQ1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@xoq1.com.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
